  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    • Orders will ship within 7-10 business days. 
  • How do I know when my order will be delivered?
    • All orders are sent with USPS tracking which can be accessed through the tracking email sent by Paypal or by logging in to your Paypal account. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update once you receive a shipping confirmation. Once your order has shipped, it generally takes 3-6 days for US delivery and 2-8 weeks for international delivery. Shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed by the postal service. Shipping delays are beyond our control once they leave our premises. 
  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?
    • We do! If you find that you ordered the wrong size and need to exchange an item for a different size customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item to process the exchange. Once we receive the item in its original condition we will exam the item to make sure it has been unwashed and unworn and then process the exchange. If we do not have the size/color/style that you wish to exchange for in stock we will refund your order minus the shipping charges. We must receive your return/exchange within 10 days of the USPS delivery date. All sale and discount items are final sale. 
  • The item I would like to purchase is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
    • We are perpetually restocking. Rest assured that if an item is out of stock we are working as fast as we can to get it back in stock. You can sign up for back in stock notifications for the item via the link in the listing and we will email you when the item is back in stock. 
  • Can you create a shirt that supports _____ cause?
    • We are always open to hearing your ideas for causes or designs you would like to see. Please keep in mind that, as a brand, we can only support causes that we believe in and are passionate about as individuals. We are also a small shop, so we simply don't have the resources to address every cause (even those that we strongly support). We appreciate all of the requests and ideas of our customers (some of our favorite designs have spawned from customer ideas!) so always feel free to send them our way for consideration.
  • Will you consider ________ nonprofit for your monthly philanthropy?
    • Yes! Again, we love customer input when it comes to the nonprofits we donate to. We prefer to stick to nonprofits that deal with human rights issues but we can always make exceptions for the right cause. 
  • What is the best way to contact you for inquiries regarding my order, design ideas, nonprofit submissions, etc?
    • Email! Please. We love Instagram and Facebook but it becomes overwhelming trying to keep track of messages on numerous platforms. If you need us we ask that you please send us an email and we will try our best to respond within 48 hours. 
  • Do you ever to collabs with bloggers or other small businesses?
    • Yes! We LOVE to collaborate. Send us an email with your idea and let's work together!
